If you’re booking flights on your phone’s mobile browser, you can now do it with Emirates which has launched Mobile Emirates.com.

Mobile Emirates.com, now only available in English, is designed to work with 3,000+ mobile devices. This new functionality means the Emirates website can be downloaded in the format for each mobile device.

Travelers can carry out tasks including booking and managing a flight, mobile check-in, searching flight schedules and status and in-flight amenities.

Says Russell Sheldon, Emirates spokesperson:

“Consumers are far more mobile than ever before. There is a constant need for products and services to cater to the fast paced lifestyle that today’s individuals lead, people want it here and now, without exception. Mobile search has become one of the fastest growing activities on the internet and as one of the foremost innovative airlines, the move to allow passengers to quickly and conveniently book their tickets through their mobile phone was a natural one.”

To use Mobile Emirates.com, you need an Internet-enabled mobile device. Then when you log on to www.emirates.com, you will be automatically redirected to the website’s mobile version.
